This week, Made in Group released the third episode of a new podcast series which celebrates resilience, share business and life lessons, and highlight the UK's impressive history of stoicism and innovation, by speaking with key members within British industry.

In this inspirational podcast episode, Dr Roy Taylor of Malthouse Engineering shares his incredible journey as a Managing Director for over 40 years.

Based in Oldbury, Malthouse Engineering was established in 1947 and is industry renowned for providing the best possible steel profiling (Flame cutting) service in the UK.
